Terms of use of the service

This service is designed so that you can get an overview of your debt collection as easily as possible and help to handle it. Using this service means that you give us a power of attorney to obtain your debt collection claims from all the country's debt collection agencies and possibly also tax notices/self-declaration readers from Altinn, bank and insurance information from your bank and insurance company, information from debt registers and other relevant information that you choose to give us access to. This means that we get access to the same information that you see yourself if you log in through Altinn, your bank, your insurance company or by contacting a debt collection company. This includes, among other things, social security number, place of residence, balance information, account balance, interest rates, invoices, claims history and other information about your personal finances, bank and insurance agreements. We promise to use the access you give us exclusively to retrieve information that enables us to give you as accurate a financial overview as possible. This will happen via encrypted communication channels and will not make any changes on your behalf. We will also not be able to log in at a later time, because the login you do with BankID, BankID on mobile and MinID cannot be reused. The exception is in cases where you ask us to monitor debt collection claims for you. To use the service, you may need to provide your phone number, date of birth/number, email address, but we will not be able to see or access your password.
